"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town. You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. The manager is the only English speaking person, and he can be reached through WhatsApp."

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. "We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "

"The staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. The staff at the main restaurant were friendly and accommodating, especially Nouredine and Hamadi who oversee the main restaurant plus 3 waiters: 1 served the right side of the patio section, and the 2 others served the right inside of the restaurant. All 5 never missed a single request, not to my group, but they were also very nice to all other guests. There is a huge variety of food during each of the 3 daily meals at the main restaurant, not so at the beach restaurant though. The Entertainment team are friendly and offered decent shows despite the clear lack of resources. Minor number of staff seemed selective of who they were more friendly towards, based on age, gender, and nationality. The room however needs improvement especially the bathroom sliding glass door of the 2nd room was hard to maneuver and got stuck multiple times, which was impossible for my child to use. Also, adding a door to the 2nd room for privacy would be great since adults also use the room. Mosquitos are awful, but it's not the hotels fault. Make sure to take some bugs spray. There are no tables with the beach lounging chairs, so you either put your drink or snack on your chair or on the sand. Overall the good outranks the everything else. I hope this review helps the hotel make some improvements."
