"Very nice property. Well maintained, clean. No front desk staff, which was no problem at all, but likely helpful for some to know that prior to booking. They communicated extremely well, providing very clear directions to check in. I was nervous about that, having poor experiences at another property without front desk staff, but this was easy to navigate. In a nice part of the city, outside of the very touristy area and close to bus stops and fairly close to the metro. A slight smell in the...

"Clean well located hotel, close to airport. Underground parking was horrible, tiny parking stalls, narrow ramp to underground parking ...a challenge to get in and out."

"A very good Hotel and a great location. The standard of service is outstanding throughout."

"Fantastic"

"Excellent déjeuner, personnel très serviable , difficulté avec la température de l’eau de la douche ."

"The staff was friendly and the hotel was near the metro which made it great for getting around"

"Good"

"Prices at the restaurant were very high. Especially for a buffet dinner. Their a/c is weird and we froze until they sent a maintenance man to fix it. Staff was great and very professional."

"The room was spacious. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We also liked the fact that there was no additional scents pumped into the room. We didn't like the opaque glass window from the bath tub into the bedroom. I got up extra...

"Situé à 5 min à pied d’une station de métro. Beaucoup de commodités à proximité (supermarché, cafés, restos). L’endroit est propre et accueillant."

"Contactless check in, luckily we had no issues. Check in is 3 but can access the building at 12-There are storage lockers there for a fee. The room was kinda worn but had extra amenities other than a regular hotel. - mini Kitchenette with full fridge and stove. A close uber to downtown Lisbon area and airport. Beds were horrible and made sleep impossible."

"Everything was ok."
