Relaxing Retreat-Walk Downtown & 2 Charming Patios

New to VRBO but more than 350 super positive reviews on another platform. Recharge, relax, and enjoy the Blue Spruce with up to six friends or family members after an epic day of adventure. The Blue Spruce is dog friendly (2 max). The location is close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. Drink coffee on the front porch with the hummingbirds or by the little pond out back. Prepare a meal together in the home or dine out at Bend's diverse selection of restaurants. Enjoy a walk to the Deschutes river trail (1/2 mile) or downtown Bend (1 mile).

The space
PLEASE NOTE: Pet fee $25 per dog per day (max 2 dogs) will be requested in addition to the fees shown at the time of the reservation. We provide 2 dog beds, dog bowls, dog towels & blankets, and treats. Parking for 2 vehicles is always available on the right side of the driveway. There is no central AC but there are 2 floor model AC units and multiple ceiling fans. The Blue Spruce is cool with some additional efforts, such as closing the windows during the heat of the day and opening up at night when it is cool. Remote workers have a desk and the fastest Wi-Fi Bend has to offer. Imagine coming home to the Blue Spruce to relax in the hammock, putting your feet up to enjoy a beverage, or gearing up for your next adventure. We hope you love this space and Central Oregon as much as we do.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, front yard with outdoor eating area and backyard with small water feature, hammock, table, chairs, and loungers. There is a separate studio, not included, above the garage, accessed by exterior stairs to the left of the garage. It is private and the only shared space is the side yard storage area and the driveway. Your parking is on the right side of the driveway.

Enjoyed this place and location. Impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was! Feel like the place could have been a little cleaner and the beds could have been more comfortable. The walk along the river into town from the house was really convenient and appreciated the directions that the owners posted. Would consider renting this place again!!

Nice and clean
The only issue we had was no check in instructions or door code was provided prior to check in. But my call was answered quickly and management arrived within minutes to let us in. Nice place, accessible location and clean. The beds were so-so, 2 were pretty hard and one was super soft.

Perfect property for our overnight stay. We had everything we needed- clean, comfortable bedding and linens, fully stocked kitchen and lovely backyard area retreat. Loved the proximity to parks and downtown. Would stay here again.

Fun times in Bend
I had a great stay at Blue Spruce. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of maps and reading material on Bend. The rooms were comfy. The beds were great. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting in the back yard by the pond and water feature. It was a great way to start our mornings and end our evenings.

Great house, nicely decorated and comfortable. Places to hang out in the front and back yards, fit all 5 of us nicely. Close to the river & walking path. Minutes to downtown and old town. Tumalo Falls 20min, Float the Deschutes, see concerts at Hayden Amphitheater.

A wonderful stay!
The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 dogs. It was very clean and well stocked. The water feature in the backyard was one of our favorite things. We spent plenty of time outside enjoying it. Overall, this was one of our all-time favorite stays. It was so quiet and comfortable, and well designed for dogs. We plan to return again in the future.
