"This property was in a nice quieter location with airport transportation included. The staff were all very friendly, my room cleaned each day, and the breakfast each morning well stocked and the perfect start to the day!"

"The hotel is beautiful next to the water. Had restaurants onsite. Parking available and a quick ride to the beach"

"Clean and friendly"

"Title: Extremely Disappointing! Not What Was Advertised! Where do I even begin? I booked an ocean-view room and ended up with a lovely view of the parking garage! 🙄 The room was outdated, smelled musty, and was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was filthy, the AC wasn't working, and the bathroom door was practically falling off its hinges. To make matters worse, breakfast was advertised, but when I asked about it during check-in, I was rudely informed they didn't offer breakfast. No apology,...

"Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

"Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained."

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "

"Staff was amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Rooms were clean. Very quiet. Absolutely would stay again. Solo female traveler and felt very safe."

"The property is very convenient and there are nice restaurants directly across the street that you can walk to easily. It's also very convenient to Raymond James stadium. The staff at the front desk was really nice and the bartenders were also nice. I was in a corner suite and it was a super spacious room. Housekeeping cleans your room everyday, which is a nice amenity that many hotels no longer offer. The only thing I didn't like like are the corner suites are directly adjacent to the...

"The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth."

"We loved the location! The room was modern, classy, and cozy, with a comfortable, homey feel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was immaculately clean from the moment we arrived. Fresh, crisp linens, a spotless bathroom with high-quality amenities, and thoughtful little details (perfectly arranged pillows, restocked minibar, and zero dust anywhere) made it feel truly luxurious and well-maintained. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough."

"Good stay"

"Room was not properly cleaned daily, towels were not changed and dishes not cleaned."
