"We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. (We also used Paulo’s transportation services to go to and from Inhotim (20-30 mins each way) and to Ouro Preto.) The grounds are beautiful and lush with plants - and some toucans! "This hotel is well-appointed and well located in BH. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent, very full breakfast and serves a very tasty pizza at dinnertime. The only glitch was I booked for my wife and myself but the hotel had only one guest on our record, so charged an extra 90 reais. Another guest reported the same issue. "
