"Pool area is closed in October when I visited. You have to be aware that you must book the airport shuttle at least 24 hours in advance and pay in cash. The shuttle is actually a taxi. room was lovely, big , clean. I was in room 309. I am a single female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel room & restaurant. I was thrilled to see that tea was available at breakfast. The hotel is far from Palermo so if you are staying here, you need a car or check the taxi prices from the hotel to various destinations."

It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful! The staff were very helpful and friendly."
