"The Sugar Mill is a beautifully designed, airy and pretty unique villa high up overlooking the sea and islands to the East of Bequia. Being high up it gets a very necessary cooling breeze. Bequia had suffered a long drought while we were there, so was less green than normal, but it was still lovely. Quirin was very welcoming and we could see what efforts he is making to maintain the Old Fort and the estate - quite a challenge!
