"Beautiful hotel, happy it is so close to the airport and there's a shuttle. Wish there was a larger selection of food for dining - both the bar and room service. The bartender seemed a bit grumpy, but made delicious drinks."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was comfortable, and the food was excellent. It’s the perfect spot if you need to be close to Malpensa Airport. I recommend booking the shuttle in advance (5€) to make sure you have a smooth transfer to the hotel!"

"Incredibelly convinient! 5 minutes walk from the car return, and 5 minutes walk to the terminal. We had a perfect night sleep before our morning departure back home. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and so quiet! "

"Stayed here for 1 night on our way up to Cervinia. Close to Malpensa airport, approx 15 min drive, plenty of parking, had a late flight but desk still manned at 23.30. Family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect. Good sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Several supemarkets nearby (we used Lidl) to stock up before driving up to the mountains. Great price for 4 people inc breakfast. "

"This apartment we stayed at, was a shambles from the get go. Communication from the management, i have given this a 1 rating and I would give it even less if I could. Although the responses from management were swift, what they failed to make us aware is that the apartment was full of bugs that they had no answer too, these bugs were not just a one off, they were found in the beds, on kitchen worktop tops crawling out from the sofa bed under the kitchen table and chairs and also all over the TV stand. The only solution the had for this was to provide us with an empty bottle of bug killer in the apartment. The apartment seemed like it had not been clean or even rented out for quite some time. The bed sheets and duvet for the sofa bed, that was located under the main bed was stained all over, no cleanliness at all. We left the apartment at 4am on the same night to check into another hotel. This apartment was just not good enough. "
