"It was hard getting fresh towels. The bathroom in our room was gross. The toilet was dirty. Also paying for parking was shocking as I have stayed here many times and chose it all the time because I bring a car and don’t want to pay for parking at hotel and at the park. I don’t have the opinion of alternate transportation as I have disability. "

"The room was filthy, they didn’t even try to make it look clean. The bed sheets were stained, there were holes in the sheets. We had to buy sanitizing wipes to wipe down everything including the floors. The area of the hotel has a bunch of suspicious looking people everywhere, it made you feel unsafe even in your room. The only good place about this location was that the front desk person was willing to give us another room after I complained that our first one was filthy, but the new room was...
