"The hotel and area were beautiful; however, I did not think the price, around $600 a night, was at all worth the stay. There were no additional perks, such as a welcome or nightly reception. With $45 a night for parking as well, it was a bit of a disappointment. We love the area, but will be looking for accommodations that seem more reasonable next time."

"absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast the following morning was kindly adjusted to accommodate appetite and dietary restrictions, and it was delicious. the location is perfect to enjoy the cliff walk, and also a quick walk to downtown and the waterfront. my only regret is we only booked for one night! the next time we visit newport, i would go out of my way to stay here again."
