"The staff were all really friendly and accomidating. Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. The staff gave Zero hassel or judgement. The property itself I would say the rooms are small concrete squares and can be very dark with the shades closed, easy to loose a sense of time, this is a pro or con depending on what you like; and elevators can be really, really slow to arrive during higher traffic hours. The bathrooms were clean, the bed was firm yet soft, good for the back and the TV was nice! We did not do the breakfast package."
