The upper level 2 story condo has everything your family, your golf group or ski group could possibly need for their trip! The condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, laundry, fireplace, cable and internet, air and is fully outfitted.
There are two decks - one a private deck off an upper bedroom, the other a larger deck looking over the golf course and tennis courts. Summer and winter this is the place to be. Walk out the door to golf, take a quick ride over to the beach club (summer only) walk to restaurants. In the winter you can walk to the Summit slopes or drive over to Schuss.
High speed internet and access to the pools at summit and schuss village included.

Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older

Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place. This is refunded upon departure as long as no damages and the pool pass is present where applicable. If an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb will charge this fee when necessary.
