Great house for mountain biking get away

We had a wonderful stay. Bill and Kindra were responsive and helpful throughout the process. The house and property are in a great location and were clean, well-apportioned, and ready for our stay. The fenced in dog run was great and made it very easy for us to have our dogs along for the trip. Easy trailhead access to the Huntley Gravity Zone bike park and the Little Sugar trail system is literally 2-3 minutes away. The Back 40 trail system is very close and the drive to Bentonville is easy. As older adults, we appreciated being in a quiet neighborhood with views of Lake Windsor. We will come back to stay again for sure.

Great place

Beautiful place, woodsy views, Great finishes. Very nice. Kitchen a little older but functional. Outdoor space beautiful but could use a little TLC. Still one of the best!

Mountain Biking at Belle Vista

Great location for mountain biking in the Belle Vista area. The house is comfortable and spacious, with easy access to nearby trails, although we drove to the nearby trailheads. Grocery store, etc is nearby as well.

Relaxing Lake Weekend Retreat

The property management were friendly and accommodating to our stay. They promptly replied when I had questions and the house was just as lovely as advertised. I would certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bella Vista, AR!

Cozy Stay

My family and I came here for a weekend getaway. The house was the perfect rental! It was cozy and had plenty of space for our crew of 8. We spent a lot of time at the fire pit, it was nice that wood was provided. I would 0 stay here again!

Nice quite place with a view of the lake

This was the second time I have stayed here and enjoyed it both times but this time the place is starting to get a little run down the up keep on the place is starting to be let go. The shower in master bath the door doesn't nave a latch on it and the floor gets wet, the blinds through out the house are in bad shape, people that have been staying there and the person who cleans up are not cleaning up. It to had take out the trash for whoever stayed before me. the trash cans were half full of dirty diapers . that a lovely smell that I don't want when I am on vacation. I finished raising my Kids about FORTY years ago. Please clean your place up so it will be very enjoyable again. Thank you and when I am back in the bella Vista area I will give you another try

We drove down from South Dakota and met our close friends from Houston Texas. Our 2 daughters did a College visit at University of Arkansas. This was a fantastic place for our families to spend time together. We highly recommend this home!

Nice property on a quiet, pretty street.

This is a nice place to stay near Bentonville. We were there for the weekend to go to the Crystal Bridges Museum. It was easy to get to from this location. The house is comfortable and clean. We walked our dog numerous times up and down the block, and there's a nice view of the lake to the east when you're walking. The property has a private, treed backyard. It's a quiet neighborhood.

Very comfortable home

We were surprised to have a Christmas tree and decorations in the house upon our arrival. What a nice welcome touch. We were very comfortable in the house and neighborhood. The property manager was always available for questions.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home not far off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood in Bella Vista. The home is well stocked, clean, and the hosts are very quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay again next time we are in NWA!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our golf getaway!! The house was gorgeous as well as the location. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7. We were all extremely happy and loved our stay and will more than likely plan more golf trips in the future!

Enjoyable family stay

Our family of four plus our pup enjoyed our time at your house! Everything was clean when we arrived. The check in information was easy to follow. We loved the family room space and kitchen. It was great having a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Brenda, the property manager, was wonderful with her quick response to a small leak in the hallway bathroom. Nice safe location. Property was accurately described. Overall, it was a great place for a weekend getaway with our family.

Beautiful home and experience!

I came to this property with some friends and my dogs for the Fourth of July weekend and we all had a blast! We were all so amazed at how nice the house and area were. The house was stocked with a ton of things like games, shower essentials, even cute kitchenware. The showers felt great and the furniture was super comfy. Overall a great place to stay and kudos to the friendly, helpful owners! Would 100% come back to enjoy the fresh air and lake in this relaxing environment.

This was perfect!

The location of this property was fantastic. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having the fire pit option but unfortunately never used it. The pictures posted accurately depict the property. Owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the house and area so much we ended up extending our stay another night. Loved having our dogs with us and taking advantage of nearby trails to walk them. Would definitely return here is the owners will have us.
