"Breakfast was excellent! Very fresh. And morning staff friendly & helpful. We stayed for a week and met staff around the clock. The only issue was the afternoon/evening gal who kept hiding in the back and we had to whistle for her to come out to provide us with the pool towels… etc. A quick 5 min walk to an excellent oyster bar down the road! "

"All in all we were very pleased with the property, location and being on the lake! We do take exception for the following:1) Our check-in was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous renters leaving a terrible mess, so we were told. When we checked in, the property was clean!2) At check-in, it was noted the master bathroom lights were not functioning and owner would be back to fix. 3 days later after a reminder, the lights were finally fixed.3) Went to use the oven one day and the house filled up with smoke from being filthy.4) The backyard and garage is extremely cluttered.For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future."

"We came to Clermont for a pre-season college softball tournament. In past seasons, we stayed in Hotels but were never in the hotel but to sleep. This year we stayed at this cozy studio and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and had new furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the unit has a private entry. It is centrally located to everything. The owner had great communication with us. We would definitely stay again!"
