"Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

"This is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Belfast. We had easy walking distance to museums, music halls, pubs, and City Hall. A special treat is a stroll down Botanic Avenue to the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast staff were not particularly interested in providing a first class service. No marmalade, had to ask for pastries to be re-stocked and the cooked breakfast - eggs bacon etc - was suffering from rigour mortis. Not a great start to the mornng! Location though is ideal for exploring the city centre, visiting the Titanic Experience and for access to the City Airport."
