"We had a lovely stay at MACAM Hotel . Particularly impressed with cleanness all throughout our stay. The room was refreshed everyday, it was a pleasure to return to the room. Spacious room, modern, new and clean! Not less important , this is a very quiet place! The noise of the street was completely cancelled once we closed the windows. "We very much enjoyed our stay in Belèm. I would absolutely stay here again. Its a quick walk to the waterfront to see the fortress and museums.
The apartment isnt very soubd proof so keep that in mind. I utilized the provided fan and had zero trouble sleeping.
My only suggestion for this property is to get a bigger saucepan, and some oven mits for the oven.
There wasn't a big enough pot to make pasta so i used a cassarole dish in the oven but only had a thin towel to take it out.

"A beautiful boutique hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We were given an upgrade to a room with a conference/dining area and a large lanai! It was walking distance to everything! There's a free snack/candy station in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was substantial! Gluten free options were clearly marked and available! I cannot say enough about the staff. Adrianna checked us in and we were provided a nice glass of wine. Charming, clean and updated yet keeping that classic feel. The shower was phenomenal! Would book this hotel if ever I return to Lisbon! The only downside was our last night there was a lot of noise on the street like people were dropping a truck load of dishes or tiles and a lot of commotion. This didn't happen the first night, so it could have been a one off. This hotel will not disappoint!!!"
