"Lovely stay , 5 out of 5 all around"

"Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also...

"The room was spacious and the bed Comfortable. Room had aircon and free Wi-Fi which was very useful. Nice restaurant on site although available menu items were limited. Staff were lovely and helpful."

"We stayed for 3 days at the property. The pool was lovely and the restaurant was great and bar. Our rooms were really clean. We had a lovely stay. Miriam the activities direct was great she helped us a lot with things to do and arranging driver and playing cards with us loved her. The resort is a little tired but was still a great place to stay."

"Awesome pool. Nice big house. We had 9 people. The house was nice a clean. The house could do with some TLC and a dishwasher. Thanks Ms Va"

"We found this resort to be much better than we had expected. We only stayed 2 nights and booked for it's convenience to the airport, so were pleasantly surprised as to how nice the resort was and the fact that it didn't feel like it was next to the airport. The only negative experience we had was our checkout. There were people all around reception at the time, I'm assuming checking in and out. There seemed to be a complete lack of organisation, with some of us waiting in line whilst others...

"Great hotel for a night either side of a flight. Just a few mins walk across the road from the airport. Best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff."

"If money is no object, skip this review and book elsewhere. Otherwise be advised: Get the all-inclusive add-on, it includes alcohol, great value. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS RESTAURANT. You could easily consume 6x the cost of the all inclusive add-on with two meals a day and drinks. You should know it'll cost $450 FJD each way for two people to get on scheduled hotel boat from Vuda marina to island. Hotel will gladly invoice you $70 for an airport taxi, though there's one waiting on the airport curb to...

"Our room was alittle small and there was no partition between the shower and the toilet . Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful"

"We prefer to stay here on arrival into Fiji before heading out to the islands because it is quieter than the busy Denerau hotels and includes a complimentary airport transfer. The pool and bar area is a lovely place to relax. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, we especially enjoyed the cafe and the friendly service provided by Saiasi the barista."

"The staff were very attentive and it made an enjoyable stay. Good bed, clean bathroom with good hot shower. Meals very reasonable and taxi to airport on time and not expensive. Overall very good value for your money. We will be back."

"Property was clean and well maintanined. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Extra kudos to the staffs as they were really amazing. However some of the room amenities did not meet expectations like the hair dryer was not good and very noisy and the bathroom needs better lighting. The breakfase buffet was amazing and worth every dollar spent, however, the other restaurant were not up to expectation as the food options were either limited or the taste was not up to expectation as they were...

"Big, clean room with all of the amenities and friendly staff"

"Friendly staff and services"

"We came to this resort for 2 nights after the cruise. This absolutely FAMILY resort with soo many small children ( 0-5) They have adult area ( but they charge $ 100 us $ per day) and we have lux king room , 500 a night) Buffet breakfast is good. Gym is very good Conclusion: is you couple find something else 😄"

"First time staying here. Staff are really friendly but check-in/ check-out takes a little longer than usual. Range of breakfast options and the 3 restaurants means you have a lot to choose from. You can catch the beautiful sunrise/ sunset. Walking the length of the beach is really nice approx 2.5km end to end return."

"We had a great experience! 3 couples with small children, the kids and adults had the best time, the place is not crowded at all so you feel like the place is all for yourself. Sai, iovani, Wi, Bill, Aki, the male waiters in the morning and the evening, the kitchen staff and housekeeping, all offered great service, super friendly, and they sing for guests at dinner time, such good singers!!!! the tents have everything you need, we had one right by the water felt such a luxury. There is great...
