"I had a great experience at this hotel. The apartment was very spacious and the rooms were very clean. I was particularly impressed by how quiet the air conditioning was, which made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is exceptionally well-managed; the common areas are constantly being cleaned, and the staff members were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning."

"Hotel stay was amazing. Room was clean, smelled good and overall good. The difference maker was the staff. Especially Fred and Leo who helped me locate some items that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get. They went out and found it and paid with their own money to procure it. I was shocked. I obviously paid them back but the effort is what’s really impressive."

"Staff is very nice, friendly and responsible. The room facilities are clean and new. The airport transportation service is not only for airport arriving pick-up and departure drop, but also make us convenient to take AirPort Express train to go city. We would like to recommend this place for our travelers."

"had a 23-hour layover chose this as a hotel because it was cheap surprisingly very good clean tiny little things like the wardrobe was a bit battered from usage but on the whole a very great hotel staff friendly the restaurant was fantastic some of the best stuff I've ever had and very reasonably priced"

"This is an outstanding hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at in 50 trips to China over the last 25 years. The room was very comfortable, nicely appointed and quiet. The gym was great. Most of the staff was passable in English. My only concern was the price of the breakfast buffet at $40US. If you can, book it with breakfast included. That said, there is a nice German bakery about a quarter mile away!"

"I love this hotel. Really clean and nice to stay at. For example, I wear screw in earrings and, after I got back to my room from a long day, I saw a piece on the bedside table. To which I then realized I lost my earring. But when I went into the bathroom, the other side was there. Which just goes to show how well the staff was at cleaning the room to which they find such small parts and leave it where it can be found."
