the hotel is near 2 shopping malls. It's location is great and easy access to the highway and the Tian An Men Square. The malls have a lot of food options. The hotel room is clean and provides the usual amenities. The breakfast however is a bit short on variety. It has more chinese food. The Jap restaurant is expensive.

Very good Hotel with all all confort. Clean room, good beds, linen exchanged every 2nd day. Quick laundry Service within a day, Even without Express Service. Excellent 28m 3 lanes pool, sauna and very good gym with outside view. Only inconvénience was the not working A/C. With up to 27C degrés on the room ( outside 20C/ Autumn ). Apparently the a/c was off in the entire hotel, so that might be for Energy saving reasons. Supermarkets, coffees, Restaurants in walking distance. Metro station around 700m away.

Room not ready at 3pm. Poor service

Definitely never returning. Arrived at the hotel after 3 pm after travelling since 6 am. I was told the room is not ready which is definitely not acceptable. We had to escalate this to get another room. Ended up in a room less than what I booked. It ruined my whole stay and I will never return as I've never experienced this at any hotel before

網上註明是兩張加大雙人床，入住時只給你兩張標準雙人床，並表示酒店內最大的床是這樣，感覚被騙了。另外冬天泳池溫度應提升一點點，太冷根本不能遊。房內設備太舊。

Great accommodation in Beijing

I have been to Beijing twice now. I stayed at Wanda Vista Beijing, formerly Sofitel. With the new brand, they have increased their service quality. Staff are accommodating, they always have English speaking staff available, and you can really tell that everyone has been trained to provide quality service to clients. Great gem.

The staff was outstanding especially Johanna at the desk. She was so helpful, courteous, and friendly! The concierge which I believe was named Norbert was extremely helpful in many ways. Staying at many nice hotels internationally, we would rate this hotel as one of the best! Thanks so much for making our visit memorable.

가성비좋음

한글후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 완다 특유의 웅장함이 있어서 좋았고 가성비 좋음. 지하철역 걸어서 3분내에 위치. 조식은 일찍 나와야해서 못먹었다. 그리고 내가 방을 비울때마다 청소를 해 놓는 느낌..?? ㅎㅎ 아쉬움점은 침대가 크긴 큰데 개운하지가 않았고 직원들의 영어실력이 좋지 않았다.

什麼都好，只是浴室的門「較」和淋浴的花灑頭鬆了都沒人發覺。其他真的不錯，的入住的時候已經10點多很晚了，叫了room service，跟服務員說還未吃晚餐，結果不到半小時，食物就送到房間了！實在很欣慰！
