Tired but excellent service
The room was tired and a bit dirty, but the bed itself was comfortable and very clean, so it was alright. The staff were AMAZING. Really super helpful and nice, and did a great job with English, which I wasn't expecting.

Fantastic service and comfy beds
The staff are very helpful. They could not locate our booking and we were given free drinks and cookies while waiting in the cafe. The service is excellent. Located 15 mins walk to the Jianguomen metro.. Line 1 & 2 . Free mineral water daily in our rooms including coffee & tea. Comfortable beds. Our room was on the 22nd floor giving us a superb view of Beijing traffic ... Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

This is a Chinese styled hotel - the executive rooms are spacious with a living room and 2 TVs. Rooms are clean, ok stay if you are looking for a clean and spacious hotel at a good deal in a convenient location (across the street from silk street market shopping, in between two subway lines).

Well located hotel near the embassy district which is getting on in years. The staff is very rude and the room can not be called clean. Nearby there are good bars and who looks on the day a little relaxation can visit the Sun Temple Park. Booked non-smoking room but got smoking room.:-(

Vi bodde på suite som var veldig bra. Fikk rommet ved ankomst kl 9.00, selv om innskjekkingen er kl 14.00. Bra renhold. Området rundt er stille og rolig med små butikker og restauranter, samtidig som det er gåavstand til det populære Silkemarkedet. Noen av personalet snakket litt engelsk, men gjennomsnittet er dårlig på engelsk. Anbefales på det sterkeste.
