"The hotel was in a great location close to Beijing train station also the metro. I was a bit confused as the front and lobby looks nothing like the pictures. I believe it has been remodeled for the good. I wasn’t sure if it was the correct hotel that’s how different it looked even the signs. "Booked a room on Expedia. Turned up in the evening with family and bags to check in after a gruelling 10 hour trip and was simply told at the desk "sorry no foreigners". We had to walk the streets for more than hour to find a hotel that would allow foreigners. The hotel still took the payment from card."
