"Tv did not work. We called the front desk (with our cell phone because room phone did not work), and we were told maintenance would come by to fix it but they never did. We spoke to them the next day about not having light in the vanity area to get ready and they said the maintenance person had quit the day before so there was no one to go fix it. They gave us a 15% discount for the inconvenience. Property was under renovation and noise was loud starting at 8:30, so we couldn’t sleep in."

"Older hotel."

"The first room we were given smelled like mold and mildew and the AC unit was covered in mold. Our second room had mold on the windows and in the bathroom shower. If you have a sensitivity to allergens I would not recommend staying at this property. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The property is not as well maintained as it was the first time we visited a few years ago, so our expectations were not met. The front desk agents were helpful but not professional."

"Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water...

"Rooms were not well kept or well cleaned. Hair in beds in carpet and in bathroom. Half of a toilet paper roll was left in the room. Two small towels are all that was left. Overall very forgettable experience. Thankfully the price reflects what you’ll be getting here which is minimal."
