"We had to book this room last minute after a cancelled flight and were really impressed with the amenities and kind staff. There were 9 people in our party ages 10-50 and all were accommodated comfortably in a single suite. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and especially loved the TX-shaped waffles!"

"Loved the hotel but was extremely upset because they would not pick us up at the airport even after me calling before I made reservations and the day before I flew to Dallas. They had a shuttle to and from the airport but refused us service at 9:00 pm from airport and shuttle ran until 11:00 pm. "
