"We had an amazing 6-day stay at Hotel Funicolare. The family suite provided to us was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short drive to both Lake Como and Lugano. The views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. "The hotel is nice and clean. Room was very well maintained. Outgoing shuttle was excellent. Incoming shuttle was horrible. Waited for more than one hour at the airport surrounded by cars exhaust. At some point the reception even stopped answering the phone. "
