I’m staying with kids and surprisingly they enjoyed the stay a lot! Staff are wonderful, polite and helpful, thank you Grace and John at the reception who made our stay even more memorable! "Really lovely quiet, restful stay for our young family. Spacious room, helpful mini fridge & big bathroom, friendly staff & lovely leisure facilities. Wonderful few days travelling to visit Bristol. Really close to many shops & M5 etc. Roll out bed really good quality, and the main bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever used for my painful back. Would use again. Thank you! "

"Room was beautifully styled, bed and bedding very comforting. Staff were lovely and the free biscuits at reception and in the room were a lovely bonus! One minor issue: sound carried quite loudly from the corridor to my room (though luckily the hotel was quiet so only happened briefly/ a couple of times)"
