Lord Derby Cottage is set in the extensive and beautiful grounds of Barn Owl Glade cottages and glamping. Conveniently located for all of the wonderful attractions Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer. 20 mins from Southwold and the fabulous Suffolk coast, 45 mins from Norwich, 20 mins from Beccles and the Norfolk Broads. Beaches, coastal towns, wildlife, amazing food and local produce, what more could you ask for!

When you get back to the site after a days exploring, our facilities ensure the fun doesn't stop there. Indoor heated swimming pool (shared use) private hot tub, clubhouse, honesty store, games room with pool table, children's playground and over 20 acres to explore. We have also recently added 3 sheep and feeding them apples has fast become our younger guests favourite pastime.

Your host is very happy to help organise any special requests guests may have, including group bookings, restaurant reservations, outside catering, golf.

Your cottage is all about comfort. Recently refurbished to include all the mod cons, ideal to relax and recharge the batteries. Lord Derby is our premium accommodation.

The Swimming Pool, clubhouse, games room, playground are all shared facilities. Swimming Pool is open from April-October. Hot tub is not included in basic rent and incurs a charge for use.
