"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. The beds are so comfortable we had no problem taking naps! Definitely will stay here again in the near future. Food & cleanliness top notch & the location is breathtaking.

The hotel location was walking distance to the Norwegian Cruise Line terminal which worked out perfectly. It was also a quick walk from the bus that we took in from London after flying in. Great atmosphere, great food, and just a overall great time. Would definitely return!

I spent 4 beautiful days there and the staff/team were SO wonderful. They went out of their way to be accommodating to my dietary needs and so many other things. They were absolutely lovely. The hotel itself and surrounding areas were gorgeous.
