"There was no communication with the owners since apparently they were on vacation. We found the house dirty, with a strong smell of humidity, nobody explained to us how the urbanization works. The place is fine but it was not in conditions for your accommodation. It was a pity that no one had cleaned it beforehand."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The views were incredible and it was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, but be warned you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is not made clear when you book. The floorboards are a little squeaky and there are no comfy chairs outside to sit and admire that gorgeous view from, but apart from that, it was very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was immaculately clean. Philippe was a very welcoming host."

"Fabulous stay in Prechac! Group of 12 friends on a cycling trip to various points in France. The location and amenities were wonderful. Great access to the classic TdF climbs as well as new found favourites. "No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40...
