"I had stayed with friends in Luz St Saveur in 2015 but this time returned on my own to explore a bit more. The Val d’Azun in which Aucun sits is stunning and quiet. Great access to a number of walks and rides and not too far to more popular areas. There is no bar or shop in Aucun but Arrens is only 5-10 mins drive up the road. "Maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique donnant sur la station de saint Larry, très bien situé ( 10 min de saint Larry) Maison spacieuse propre avec feu de cheminée et tout les équipements nécessaires afin de passer un séjour magnifique pour toutes les saisons . "Restored farm house in the countryside in a farming area at the foot of the Pyrennees, very quiet and surrounded by farming area, saw a fox, many birds of prey, and some deer. Close to golf courses and famous TdF cycling routes (about 15 minutes by car). Wifi works well, hosts were very friendly and helpful. About 15 minutes from shops, restaurants etc. we enjoyed our stay, far away from the crazy world!"

"Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison confortable à souhait, très spacieuse et pleine de charme. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour des hôtes agréable. A noter la maison est d’une propreté remarquable. Le hameau est charmant et calme et très proche de Lourdes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et plein d’attentions: merci pour la tourte d’accueil et les figues fraîches cueillies à notre attention!"

"I was impressed that the person at the reception desk was expecting me when I first arrived. (I travel frequently, and this has never happened before.) I gave just my first name and he said, "Oh yes" And then said my last name. I noticed when others checked in, another receptionist did the same thing. As a person traveling by myself, this made me feel both safe and welcomed. It is such a welcoming gesture. Each staff member with whom I interacted, were genuinely kind. I didn't realize that the room I reserved didn't have air-conditioning. They were able to quickly switch me to a room with AC. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Santuary and close to many different kinds of restaurants. Lastly, I received some truly sad news when I was there. The receptionist (a woman) was so empathetic, helpful, and so so so kind. I wish I remembered the hotel employees' names, as I received excellent service. I was there from June 11-June 17. When I return to Lourdes, I will stay at this reasonably priced hotel with such kind staff."
