"Overall average property. Nice people, poor service mostly because understaffed, out of a lot of menu choices, dinner took over an hour and a half to be served. Ok for a night layover but wouldn’t stay for several days/week"

"This resort is first class. First time to stay at a Rosewood property. Little Dix Bay is such a great and beautiful place. They do their absolute best to make your stay a great experience. We stayed in an Ocean Cottage just steps away from the beach. Amazing all the way around. Food was great. The butlers were great too. Rented a jeep for a day and explored the island. Hit The Baths and some great beaches, as well as Saba Rock. Can’t wait to go back. Worth the money. "

"Most of the other reviews really say it. Its not a 5 star resort and you should not expect that. We had the room with the private pool and it was out of service and drained. This is a historical site which is a lot of fun, originally built by the Dutch sometime before the English took it over in 1666."

Food was great Both beaches are the only thing that could improve to have more sand and cleaner entrance in the beach. On both beaches there is a lot of rock and not space to relax and swim I. "Alfreda was a pleasant, conscientious hostess who keeps her rental spotless. The apartment is literally high up on a hill overlooking Hodges Creek Marina below and the Beef Island Airport across the bay. You can't beat the view!!! Of course, that means a steep climb up the hill (at least, relative to what we are used to) to get there. There is plenty of AC in the bedroom and we found the trade winds blowing through the living room very pleasant and comfortable. That portion of the apartment doesn't appear to have AC and we didn't need it but if that is a deal breaker for you, then be advised. My wife and I would be more than pleased to stay there again the next time we visit Tortola. Thank you, Alfreda, for a pleasant place to stay!"
