"Helpful and knowledgeable staff - they know the area well and were able to point me to places that weren't well known Rooms were clean and the views were terrific! The staff was also very responsive when the Internet gave up at 10PM and called back to ensure it was fixed. Breakfast standard - what I am used to in European hotels (good quality and the vegetarian options were plenty. K really highly recommend this property!"
