"Elevator broke down trapping my girlfriend in elevator. She was scared. Elevator phone went to centralized voice mail. Her phone at 8% battery left. She was repeatedly asked what elevator was she in. She didn’t know the number. I ask when you visit a bank of elevators, do you know what number your elevator is? The power turned off in her elevator, it was dark. A passing employee heard her. She was able to get out but what a gong show"
