"We got to the hotel at midday. The staff at the reception was super helpful. I was only wondering if we can use the pool before check-in - travelling with two young kids. The staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) kindly let us check-in to our room early. The outdoor area is super chill. The pool was enough for kids to play. I did feel like we were too noisy for the guests there though. The room is specious. The location is brilliant as it's only few steps away from town centre. Would highly recommend!"

"For a 4 star hotel, this isn't an ideal place to stay when there is a heatwave. The room we were given was unbearably hot and we couldn't open our windows; no air con. The fans were poor and didn't do anything. Myself being pregnant and having a 5 year old, we couldn't stay here so ended up having to find another accommodation. There was a couple of timed power outages which also ruined the experience. I would say the only good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool."

"Hotel is very clean. The building its very beautiful, and there are options to choose the rooms. Restaurant is lovely too. Very good location with sightseeing. Downside is the wall is a bit thin, but this is quite common in most hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for dinner or the breakfast buffet. Would I stay there again…no, go somewhere else for your $."

"Had a fabulous 2 night stay in a balcony room for our anniversary. The room was lovely as was the balcony, especially on the hottest day of the year! The hotels location was perfect, just minutes from bars and restaurants yet it was peaceful and quiet when sat in the outside terrace. Breakfast was delicious, the eggs Benedict was just what we fancied. It was so good we had it both mornings. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast served full English and continental. We had a peaceful sleep as the hotel was very quiet. There are nice treats in the room for guests like biscuits, popcorn and water. Staff were helpful and charged our electric car overnight for our next day journey. Would definitely go back again."
