"Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice. The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!). The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including tea and coffee, a TV, fan, iron...

My only criticism is that the drive leading to the property from Otley Road needs a contractor brought in to resurface - potholes are not good for welcoming guests quite apart from the potential damage to cars.
