"Great location, quiet room, comfy bed zzzzzz A few niggles - no hairdryer in the room, the one they supplied couldn’t be used anywhere near a mirror. The night bar wouldn’t allow a non resident friend after 10pm, so it was unsurprisingly empty. Front desk staff were very helpful."

"Great hotel, Big enough for a couple with 2 checked in bags, super clean, no stench whatsoever, easy check-in , great location - easy walk to 2 underground stations - Paddington ( Elizabeth line to Heathrow) and Queensway, lots of food options , quiet , safe. Would not hesitate to use this property next time we’re back in London. Only thing missing , at least for us , is a mini fridge."

"Hotel was great and conveniently located. We had some issues with communication about our booking during check-in however. I was travelling with a friend and my international flight was delayed so I had a late and unusual check-in of 9am the following morning. My friend checked in and advised the staff of my flight delay, we agreed to check me into the room so I could arrive at the hotel room I paid for and sleep off my flight without issues. However, the night-staff did not communicate my late arrival to the day-staff and my room was marked as a no-show. There were some issues with having a room ready for me when I arrived, despite paying for it, receiving assurances that all is ok, and communicating the delays in my arrival to staff in advance. Thankfully, this was quickly sorted and the staff were kind when I arrived - but it was a very stressful moment that could have been avoided if a note was left from the night staff on my file about the conversation. Other than some communication blips, the hotel was fabulous."

"Lovely design and good staff. good bar , but no gym on site. room had everything I needed even though petite. Did experience an engineering issue that sink drained incredibly slowly but didn't raise it to staff so that's on me."
