"Ocean view but uncomfortable couch and beds had no bed heads so pillows slipped away. Decor was aged. Staff were friendly though. I thought overpriced for the state of the unit."

"I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated like an unwanted house guest. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome multiple times by the two owners. Also, the villa was not clean (mould in kitchen draws and on utensils, dead insects on bed frame, dirty floor). To top it off, we were disturbed at 7pm the night before checkout, to be told that we had to pay a cleaning fee."

"The host was welcoming and fast to reply to any concerns you have . Yes the place is close to town and your everyday needs . Things were supplied already like toilet paper , hand wash , sun block , dishwashing liquid and all . Beside that it does get really hot with just one fan . But other then that my stay was amazing and loved it thank you host "

"Charlie's Villas is fantastic. The villa is huge, there is a deck on each villa and you can actually swim laps in the pool and not just sit in it. They come and service the room and pool every third day. It is the clearest and cleanest pool we have come across on Rarotonga. The villas would be perfect for a family group holiday. We will be back, Mary, thank you for your hospitality. "
