"We had such a wonderful time at the Nor'easter! The house is beautiful and clean and really comfortably fit our party of 6 adults and 3 kids - it even had lots of toys and games and coloring books for the kids. The access to the beach was so, so easy. I wasn't quite clear on this before we went, but you *don't* need to go several streets over for public beach access - there's a private access path for all of the houses on the street two houses down, that gets you directly to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! (But make sure you bring bug spray.)"

"The house was, “Almost Paradise,” as it was billed. It had everything we needed for our extended family to enjoy a great beach vacation. The location and the beach were excellent, as was the proximity to all that the Outer Banks had to offer. The property itself is definitely on the older side and the weathered decks and outdoor furniture showed their age. There were a number of fixtures and fans that were not working, but the AC was great, so it was not a big issue. Initially the property management team at Surf & Sound Realty was very welcoming and responsive, but as the week went on, communication tailed off. I would recommend this house for a family beach vacation as long as you are focused on the beach and less on an updated and modern beach house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
