"The location was close to a lot amenities. The room was clean and the balcony site was nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious. They upgraded us for our one night stay which was a pleasant surprise. I would stay in this hotel again."

"I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again."

"Beautiful hotel with attentive service. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a better room when they found out we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary. They also left a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries in our room upon arrival. Wonderful gestures that helped make our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities and would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in the heart of Toronto."

"We booked this boutique hotel last minute for a parents night out, we wanted something close to the theater. This hotel was a perfect location and super cute inside. It kind of gave New York loft vibes! The restaurant on site was also amazing, the food was absolutely delicious. Staff went above and beyond with everything, including the valet workers! I would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back again!"

"The smell on the 4th floor hall way right when you get out of the elevator is horrible. Smells disgusting for a nice hotel just throws you off right away. The room size was good but the towels some has rips and tears clearly warn out."
