Staff asked how often we wanted the room serviced - this was great to offer (we selected no service), reflects awareness of environmental impact of doing unnecessary cleaning and laundry.
Access to the building: there's a poorly designed collection of steps and a ramp leading to the entrance doors, but not a single railing to aid in climbing the steps. Unmarked/unpainted concrete made it difficult to see the edge of the top step, anyone with poor vision (or distracted by kids) could miss that top step and take a tumble.
