Cottage Home PEI is a spacious vacation rental designed specifically for large groups of families and friends. With the capacity to accommodate up to 12 people in comfortable beds, it’s the perfect place for gatherings and creating lasting memories.

The main floor features an open layout with a kitchen, a custom island, a coffee bar, a dining area, and a living area with a fireplace and a Smart TV. This space is located at the front of the house, showcasing large windows. The main floor Ezy Suite provides a queen-sized four-poster bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a Smart TV, and a private three-piece bathroom. An additional powder room that includes laundry facilities

The Lofty Master Suite features an ensuite bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a stand-up shower. It is furnished with a queen slate bed and pillow-top mattress dressed in lovely linens. This suite also includes a lounging area with a bar, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a work desk offering an ocean view. A viewing deck with lounge seating extends from the suite.

Additionally, there is a separate game room with a large chalkboard wall for kids. It features a foosball table and a game table stocked with board and card games. For adults, there is a poker tabletop complete with chips, trays, and cards.

On the lower level, there are two additional spacious bedrooms: both Bella and Wispy offer cooling memory foam mattresses and Smart TVs. Bella, the larger room, serves as the family bedroom, ideal for those traveling with infants, and includes a queen bed, crib, and storage for a baby seat, gate, and playpen in the closet. Wispy, the second bedroom, features a rustic whitewashed queen bed and a neutral color palette, along with a large chest containing beach towels for all guests. The walk-through bunk room sleeps four with comfy mattresses and a Smart TV.

On the main floor, enjoy the walk-out deck designed for entertainment, complete with a barbecue, pizza oven, and a seating area furnished with tables and chairs. Nestled between the barbecue and dining space and the screened-in porch is a large, rustic bar with bar stools—perfect for sipping coffee while taking in the morning view or enjoying drinks with friends and family in the evening. The enclosed sun porch features a table for games and a seating area that boasts a stunning view.

Steps away, descend to a fire-pit area spacious enough for family gatherings and storytelling. For your convenience, we have stacked wood & starter, accompanied by ample Adirondack chairs.

Above deck, this spacious outdoor living area spans the front of the home, featuring sectional seating and loungers for sunbathing, complemented by a full-size electric awning. It is perfect for social gatherings with stunning ocean views. In the mornings and evenings, cranes can be seen feeding along the shore.

At the back, a spacious pergola provides partial ocean views and a private space for relaxation. Enjoy our new hot tub while unwinding with drinks and music. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is nearby for rinsing off after returning from the beach. Please ensure you rinse off lotions before entering the hot tub. Additionally, we offer an indoor sauna.

Linens, bedding, pillows, towel sets, beach towels, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. We offer a well-stocked pantry for your convenience. Tips for the pantry are welcome to help maintain its stock for everyone's use.
