"The hotel birke is a beautiful hotel in many ways, absolutely 5 star reception area, bar and restaurant. Beautiful furnishings, service and lovely and cosy in the winter with open fire in these shared areas. "Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
