"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms. 3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood stains, as shown in the attached photos. 4. *Carpet*: The carpet was filthy and appeared very old, detracting from the room’s appearance. 5. *Bathroom Hygiene*: The glass and taps in the bathroom were unclean, and the rain shower looked extremely unhygienic, discouraging me from using it. 6. *Toilet Paper*: The toilet paper provided appeared to have been used by someone previously, which was unsettling. 7. *Furniture Condition*: The bedside table was wrapped in plastic that hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, contributing to an overall neglected look. 8. *Fan Control*: The fan’s speed control button was missing. Staff informed me that it couldn't be fixed. 9. *Ceiling and Windows*: The ceiling looked dirty, with visible signs of dampness. The windows appeared extremely unclean, as though they hadn’t been washed in years. 10. *Breakfast Service*: Only one paratha was provided despite my request for two with curd at check-in. Breakfast was limited to a single item with no fruits."
