"The room was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was able all the time to help and give good service. The restaurants highly qualified,delicious food and excellent presentation. The bar staff and swim-up bar perfect with the service and the preparation of all different liquors and cocktails. Would like to be there again."

"Luego de una corta estadía de 4 noches, puedo recomendar este resort. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, y las camas muy cómodas, pude descansar a gusto. El staff muy amable siempre en especial Luis de Expedia y Santa en el pool bar fueron muy amables, al igual que Sariannys en Recepcion fueron de mucha ayuda. Las piscinas me encantaton, siempre limpias. La playa estuvo hermosa, un dìa con poco sargazo y los demàs dìas muy limpia. La comida en los buffets Las Torres y Behique muy sabrosa, al igual que en La Uva me encantò la parrillada. La única observación que tuve que puede mejorar es la música en las pool bars ya que era aburrida y el volumen muy bajo. Por todo lo demás quedamos muy complacidos."

"Well first day, Ac the fan and refrigerator dont work, tell then 4 times to fix that nobody show up, end it chanced the room, they dont have many animates to do, food is not good, except with some restaurantes, well pick another hotel and dont stay in this one."

"Comida riquísima, el hotel muy cómodo, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, todo muy limpio pero en nuestra experiencia no fueron amables ni atentos. Hemos ido a diferentes hoteles en Punta Cana y en este la experiencia fue muy distinta al resto, no nos sentimos bien atendidos en ningún momento. Nos expresamos con Esteban Astacio y él si estuvo luego al pendiente en todo momento. Única persona que nos brindó un excelente servicio."

"AMAZING!!! The vibe was so tranquil, the food was amazing and offerings were abundant, drinks were strong, entertainment was fun, other guests were great, the beach was so peaceful, the pools were the perfect temperature and so beautiful, the rooms and all of the facilities were cleaned to the max, and the staff was wonderful! The staff truly featured some of the most hard working individuals ever from the cleaning staff, grounds and maintenance, wait and bussing staff, bartenders, butlers, hosts and hostesses, musicians, and all of the behind the scenes people we never get to see; the list could goes on of how many hardworking and dedicated, friendly staff members we were surrounded by. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier. Our butler Santiago was amazing he helped us with everything and went above and beyond every step of the way. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Everything about this resort was top notch. The premier package was such a great deal- the food, drinks, activities, and space was all worth it. We had friends over on the palace side (for families) and it was also amazing to have access to the amenities there. You never have to leave the resort unless you want to do an excursion, but they’ll pick you up in the lobby!!! Can’t say enough good things about this trip. And for sure get a shuttle/ride from the airport to resort and back and give yourself at least 3 hours!"
