"My husband and I recently went to this hotel to celebrate his birthday. It was nice and private. We originally booked a standard room but upgraded to ocean view and it was very worth it! Loved that it had direct beach access but ended up using the pools more. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the other pool is much more private because almost no one uses it so we took advantage of that and made good use of it. I’m removing one star because I think some of the employees need to be taught to...

Para los restaurantes que no habia espacio el mayordomo Jobrailyn Cedeño nos ayudo a conseguir reservacion en todos y siempre estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La comida fue muy buena, para el buffet recomiendo ir a la hora de apertura porque si no despues hay mucho revulú en el buffet. El entretenimiento muy bueno pero deberian incluir mas actividades y musica hispana/latina. En la piscina premium Juan es el mejor bartender. "

This place has activities, lazy pool, a surf place, other amenities, live plays, friendly service, beach is beautiful and the food was delicious. The only downside is the majority of the staff do not speak English. Overall we made memories and will return."
