"Check in is a bit of a wait as it is quite a large hotel, so be prepared for about a 30 minute wait in line minimum. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was astounding and the view was the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls by far. Ice machines are on every floor. The hotel is remarkably clean. Parking was expensive onsite (90 dollars after tax). Would recommend parking offsite for 10 bucks as a much cheaper option. All in all it was a beautiful hotel and we were very happy with our stay."

"This house was the perfect home-base for our Niagara Falls family vacation in April. It was well-equipped with kitchen supplies, paper products, shampoo, even tea and coffee! Our kids (ages 7 and 10) loved the pool table in the attic and swing set in the backyard. We loved the chicken burger restaurant across the street and the unbeatable location. All of the area's major attractions, including the Falls, Clifton Hill, even Niagara on the Lake, were just a short drive away. You can practically see the Falls from the house! Rainbow was a wonderful host, super responsive, and had many helpful recommendations for kid-friendly activities and tasty local restaurants. Would 100% stay here again!"
