"The bed was old , soft and couldn't lie in it without being force to the middle. We were provided with 2 small towels. No hand towels.Paying the amount that we did, it would have been nice to at least had a couple of coffee pods for the coffee machine. WiFi connectcion was not an easy process.The only good thing with the apartment was the location, but even that.....many narrow steps to tackle with two heavy bags. Not impressed at all. The photos did not reflect the apartment. "

"We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. "The apartment was very clean ,fully equipped and place in the one of the most nicer villages in the area. 5 minutes driving to the center of Colmar ,you can find small supermarket and nice bakery in the village by 2 minutes waking. We fill after coming home that it was one of the most romantic vacation we have 'we will come back some day. it's not common to find 5 good restaurants in this village Best Regards Michal & Kobi"

"The apartment was wonderful and has everything you need. The location was amazing, right on the corner of Grand Rue. The only thing I be aware of is that the spiral staircase has vry narrow steps and was quite slippery as it was wooden and we were all very wary when walking down it especially the little ones. Other than that it was perfect."

We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
