"The property was very clean and allowed us in our room early. The only thing I was missing was a fan in the room. There wasn’t a lot of circulation in the room and having to keep curtains closed due to sunlight, it would become hot in room. A small fan would help this. Overall, the room is very nice and right along the bus line to catch into town. Very convenient for traveling."

"A lovely old building in a quiet neighborhood.The Edinburgh Marathon was the same weekend we were trying to get accommodations and the only room in this affordable lodging that was available was one with shared toilet and shower. We had a sink in our room though so that was great! The host was on site and actually insisted on carrying one of our bags up and down the two flights of stairs. The bananas and oranges at the front desk were very welcome! We expected to shared the toilet and shower but...

There is no breakfast at the property. We did have trouble contacting the property before hand, and Expedia was also unable to contact them. It shows permanently closed on Apple Maps but it is open. When we arrived, they said they don’t even know that number that was online, however the correct phone numbers are listed...
