"My daughter and I were very unhappy with the fact that for two nights in a row, there were loud parties going on downstairs late at night. When my daughter called the first night, she was told that she could move her room. When I called the second night, the staff member told me that he would take care of it, but it did not quiet down until almost midnight."

It is in a central location, and apart from the fact it doesn't have a car park it is an ideal place to stay. A special shout out to Jenny at reception who went out of her way to be helpful."
