The Rock Inn is an excellent stay for weary lodgers. With an amazing host, fantastic setting, great food and rooms that are both quiet, comfortable and clean- we enjoyed our stay there and came to consider our host a very good friend. Highly Recommended!

This is a very old building and the rooms (at least ours #33 - attic) showed it. Our room was 54 steps up, the floors have a slight slanted, the bedroom barely large enough for a queen size bed especially with the walls slanting inward. The bathroom was ok, but just ok with a stand alone sink (12”x15”), little counter space, well you get the picture. It satisfied our needs as a one night crash pad but again barely. The host(est) was great, parking is close and covered and cost us about $25 for the afternoon & overnight that we were there. I must say that the location is spectacular - the real high point. Breakfast was very good, we had hot chocolate and Belgium waffles that were delicious. So the location and breakfast was the reason it got a two star instead of a one star. We wouldn’t stay there again but for now, it’s a memory.

The Black Fox was a great spot conveniently located near all of the attractions that Bath had to offer in walking distance. There was also an amazing bar restaurant in the lobby that made meals so easy. Loved it.
