The Space:
This incredibly sumptuous, top floor apartment offers incredible roof top views of the Georgian UNESCO city of Bath and beyond. The living room has two generous sofas, smart TV.
All of the generous bedrooms are furnished beautifully with comfortable large beds. There is a master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite shower room, and two king size beds in the other two bedrooms. All of the beds can be made into singles if required (please do give us at least 5 days notice if you would like some / all single beds. All bedrooms have hotel quality mattresses, bedding and linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is composed of a high end cooking and dining area with plenty of attention to detail. The kitchen offers a washing machine, dining table and chairs, stove, oven and Nespresso coffee pod machine. There is a further desk in the hallway, ideal for those requiring a dedicated office space.
The main bathroom is spacious with far reaching, beautiful views, extra large bath with shower over and bluetooth sound system integrated in the mirror. This beautiful bathroom is ideal for a relaxing after a busy day sight seeing.
There are three flights of stairs to access this property so we do not recommend for any guests who have mobility problems.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the popular neighbourhood of Park Street. It is a quiet, residential setting only 5 mins walk into the city. There are handy convenience stores on the doorstep should you need any last minute essentials.
Getting Around:
The property is located just 12 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station.
You can park locally if you bring a car at Charlotte Street car park
Other Things to Note:
Bath Luxury Stays takes care of this gorgeous property. We are sorry but due to the fittings, furnishing and artwork in this property this property is not a good fit for children aged under 12 years old. Guests must walk up three flights of stairs, some of which are steep.
The property is east west facing so the sunshine can be bright. We recommend closing the blinds in the day time during these times.
